Unfortunately we do not accept returns.
What if my product is defective or missing an item?
If a Secret Lair product is defective or missing an item. The customer will need to contact Wizards of the Coast to request a replacement.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately refunds are not possible with preorders.
